QuestionHow deep is the drum on this machine? I need to find one that does not have a really deep drum so that my very petite elderly mother can reach in safely to retrieve the clothes from the bottom of the machine.

QuestionDo you have to put clothes in washer before it fills up to your desired load size . If so how do you add detergent or bleach without destroying your clothes. I’ve been washing for years, never had this problem before.

- Answer Yes... on auto sense it won’t fill barely the bottom on the tub if it’s empty.. the bleach and softer have different fill areas.

- Answer Yeah.....thats just the sound if the new generation of washers. I know it sounds weak but its as powerful as ever..... & Yes it will pause more than the traditional washer. They are a completely new & totally different set up.

- Answer My washer doesn't vibrate at all. We did have to adjust the legs so that it was firm on the floor. There are two front legs that screw in and out on each corner. You can adjust these so that the washer is level.
