QuestionThis webpage( photo and video) states that the QuidkWash cycle is 25 minutes long. However, when I use the washer, the QuickWash cycle is 42 minutes (just for washing a T-shirt). Could you please confirm the exact time for the QuickWash cycle?

- Answer Hello, any changes outside of the regular Quick Wash cycle settings will increase the cycle time. Such as: Soil Level (wash time) is preset for each wash cycle. QuestionOnly 1 spin speed? ....or is it variable based on sensors? Can you instruct what spin speed and if so, what are the options? I doubt that a $1K washer with so many features only has one spin speed.

- Answer I would suggest inquiring with the manufacturer. Best Buy can't get basic information about this machine correct (they listed the height at 37 inches, but it's actually 39 inches, and that makes a huge difference when at most I was able to get a machine at a height just under 38.25 inches.)
