- Answer Due to different sizes, styles, and fills of comforters it is hard to determine which ones will or will not fit. As there is no standard size, fill, or shape, we cannot determine if the Washer will be able to accommodate your particular bedding.

QuestionThis machine in white has a white drum. Does the finish of this drum gets mold. The stainless steel doesnt, what about the white drum?

QuestionHi, I can’t get the load and go to enable. Once I hit the load and go button it says disabled and then I can’t figure out how to get it back on. I unplugged the machine to reset it and it worked once but i can’t keep unplugging the machine.

- Answer Press the Load & Go button quickly and release and it will keep sequencing thru 3 selections- On (it wll show the % liquid), Off permanently, Off for 1 load. Stop it where you want. If you hold the same button down for > 3 seconds it sequences thru 2X, 4X, 6X etc. which is supposed to match the type of liquid soap you use. e.g. had to look up Arm & Hammer which is 2X. It will keep sequencing (rapidly) holding the button down until you release.

QuestionHow many inches from the back of this washer to the door when standing open? I need this to understand whether it can fit in my laundry space (ie, whether the open door would clear the overhanging cabinets). Thank you.

- Answer Hello, Make sure the appliance is idle and the Remote Enable is turned "ON" 1.Login to the Whirlpool APP 2.Select Washer 3.Select See All Washer Features 4.Select Settings icon on the top right of App Screen 5.Select Load and Go Dispenser Level tile 6.Set Load and Go Dispenser to "Active" 7.Select Detergent Concentration "These Steps are subject to change when New App Releases happen" Load and Go dispenser can also be enabled from the Washer control panel. Press and hold the Load and Go button and choose the detergent concentration level. Choosing the detergent concentration will enable the dispenser.

- Answer If you keep pushing the "load and go" button, it will cycle through the options On, Off, and Off for 1 load.
