QuestionI bought this to go in a new kitchen remodel. I had to buy it before the remodel started so the contractor would know the width dimensions. It just became time to slide the range in and it sticks out from the cabinets by about 1-2"'. Makes no sense?

- Answer I did the same thing.....remodeling, purchased all new appliances, installed, and the stove sticks out a little. I believe this is just how it is made as my cabinets are standard size (I assume yours are, as well). I had not noticed it until I read your note. Let them finish your kitchen and I don't think you will have a problem with it. In 50+ years of moving, redecorating/remodeling, etc., I have never found an appliance that fits perfectly in/around standard sized cabinets. It's obvious that appliances makers and cabinet makers are not in sync!! Good luck with your remodel and your new appliances!

QuestionWhy does the manufacturer say to remove all but 1 tray for the rapid preheating function. What would it do to leave them all in? I can honestly say I will not be removing racks because I have nowhere to store them. This function seems ridiculous.

- Answer Hello! If you connect the Range to WIFI the Date and Time will automatically set for you. Otherwise you would need to go into your Settings, the scroll to the Date and Time option. We hope this helps.

QuestionWhat does Air Fry mode "when connected" mean?

- Answer The convection modes, along with some other modes, such as air fry, is an enhanced feature, meaning the oven needs to connect to the internet at least once to make sure it's using the most up-to-date software for that mode. I have been able to use these modes with the wifi down after initial set up and occasional updates on the ranges wifi connection.

- Answer Hello Petunia! This model would require a plug. A UL Listed power supply cord kit marked for use with ranges. The cord should be rated at 250 volts minimum, 40 amps or 50 amps, that is marked for use with nominal 13 /8" (3.5 cm) diameter connection opening, and must end in ring terminals or open-end spade terminals with upturned ends.

- Answer Hi Andy, this unit doesn't come with a Meat Probe. There is no recommendation for that particular function. Also there is no accessory port on this unit.
