A:AnswerThe taller the machines are, the harder it is to retrieve washed items. I cannot reach inside the drum of the washer. I'm 5'2" I have to use a "reacher" to grab things.

A:AnswerThe control panel is higher than the washer control panel, however the top of the dryer is half inch higher than the washer. See photos. I agree they should have made them equal but it's hardly noticeable.
