QuestionDoes this dryer have an interior light?

- Answer No - this model does not have an interior light. I purchased this model without checking the reviews because silly me, I thought interior lights (you get light when you open the door) were standard, but they are not. I would never ever have purchased this product without an interior light. My 2009 dryer that I just replaced had an interior light - I just went back to the dark ages with this model.

QuestionI'm trying to find a cable for this dryer before it arrives. Do we know if it has a three wire or a four wire hook up on the back?

- Answer It is interchangeable and can use either. You have to look at the outlet on your wall where you plug your dryer in. If it’s a 3 slot then it’ll be the 3 prong cord which will also have have 3 wires, if the plug in the wall has 4 slots you’ll use a 4 wire which is also a 4 prong. The back where you hook it up has will fit either.

QuestionDoes this dryer have a light in it? I've looked in the Manuel and all inside the dryer, but have not found it. I bought the washer & dryer set to upgrade my previous Whirlpool Duet that I've had for 13 years.

QuestionI am replacing a whirlpool duet dryer. Will this fit on the pedestal that I already have? Dimensions look very similar, but depth may be an inch or 2 different??

QuestionI've had this dryer for 3 1/2 years and it's broke for the second time. I didn't realize Whirlpool now is a horrible product. Example: Spent over 3k for a whirlpool refrigerator and it didn't last two years. Is this what we should expect?
