Q: QuestionCan this camera be installed in an unheated garage? Temperatures do go down fairly low and to freezing in the dead of winter. Thanks!

Q: QuestionI bought this camera and set it up a few days ago. I'm using it for indoors. How come I am not seeing COLOR when it's dark? Does the color not work if it's pitch black in the room?

• A:Answer Night mode turns off color and improves clarity in the dark. You can turn off auto-night mode to keep it in color but you won't be able see as clearly which is pretty common for night vision with most devices aside from high-end cameras (which cost far more than $50).

• A:Answer Hi there! Using the pan and tilt features, whenever motion is detected, the camera can move to track the motion until motion stops. To turn on Motion Tracking, enter the Live Stream view on your Wyze App, tap the More icon and then the Motion Tracking icon. The Motion Tracking icon will be colored when it is turned on and will be gray when Motion Tracking is turned off. • A:Answer It records in a loop to a 32 gig micro SD card. Sometimes the SD card comes with the camera, but not typical. I’ve recoded anywhere from 48-72 hours on the card. You can record video from the playback or live mode very easily.
