yes, but buying this would be a downgrade to your 5700xt by a big margin. If you want to upgrade the 5700xt then you would want a 2080super or better nvidia card or the new amd cards 6800 or 6800xt. The 2080 super would not be a big upgrade and in my opinion a waste of money.
