A: Yes, it should be compatible. But I would skip this graphics card. I bought it as an upgrade, and if I could do it all over again, I would've spent the extra money to buy something better. Just my 2 pennies.

A: It will work, just not at full speed.
A: Yes it's compatible with that motherboard, no not all parts fit in all cases. ATX, micro-atx, itx, etc. Also the size of your graphics card may prevent use in certain cases even if it's designed for a specific style of motherboard.
