Yes you can. My Lp player those not come with hdmi. To I used Rica cables and works great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It doesn't look like this receiver has a specific PHONO input to accept the L/R (red/white) inputs from a turntable. But it does have other analog input options. So, in order to connect a turntable, you'll need to get a pre-amp... a small box that amplifies the turntable's output to line-level output. At that point, any open analog input should work perfectly fine. As for a pre-amp, you could spend about $50 for a basic model, all the way up to several thousands.

Please try again later.You can hook up any stereo component, such as a tuner, a turntable that plays vinyl records, a cassette or reel to reel tape recorder , a DVD / CD player. If you are playing music with a lot of bass, you will need to isolate the turntable from vibrations that very likely will result in feedback. The best solution for playing music is a digital player or a cassette or reel to reel player. If you want to listen to an LP, I recommend locating the turntable or record player in a different room. If the installation is in a basement, you should be ok, as long as the turntable is not located on a shelf that is attached an interior wall. This will most certainly result in feedback, as the wall will vibrate and transfer the vibrations to anything attached to the wall.
