QuestionI have a iPad Pro 9.7 and just got a rugged book, but there are no openings for the speakers. Does this particular one have openings? If not is there one that does?

- Answer Yes. I also had a Rugged Book which I used on my iPad Pro. I had to drill holes for the speakers and the camera hole didn't fit so I had to drill a larger hole for it as well. I exchanged it for this Zagg Rugged Book Pro and it's vastly superior. Has the speaker holes, a place for the Apple Pencil, etc. Great product.

- Answer Hi Peggy. The Rugged Book Pro Folio for the 9.7 iPad Pro will not fit the iPad 5th generation, as the dimensions are slightly different.

- Answer I’m not a pro by any means so please don’t take my word as the final answer and I don’t work for Best Buy. But, I have been researching this very topic. I have a IPAD AIR, 2nd or 3rd generation, I bought it in 2014. My model is the ME999LL/B and might be similar to yours. Do not get a case for anything other than for an IPAD AIR. The Pro and of course the MINI will not fit. I have read many reviews of customer complaints about the wrong fit! It’s too big, the IPAD falls out breaking the glass or too small making the sides stick out too far. If you buy a case not made exactly for IPAD AIR go in to the store and try it out before you buy it. You’ll be glad you did, so many people have not and have literally paid the price. Plus more, having to replace their IPAd because of broken glass! I found a beautiful keyboard folio case with backlight from ZAGG. I have previously owned ZAGG and love their products. It’s called the Rugged Book Folio, see the products below. Best of luck and I hope this will help you. : )

- Answer Here's what I've done: Go to Bluetooth in your settings. Select ZAGG Rugged Book Pro and then "Forget this device". Then turn off Bluetooth, close of Settings, and after a few seconds turn it back on. Push the power button on your keyboard and then the bluetooth button on your keyboard. When "Accessory" shows up under "Other Devices" select that. It should pair. Good luck.

- Answer The ZAGG case is in two pieces, the keyboard and a protective piece that holds the iPad. The keyboard attaches to the case through two really strong magnets. You would have to work hard at getting it to shake loose from the case. The part that holds the iPad has a rugged, adjustable part the holds the iPad upright when you use the keyboard.
