• Oh my gosh! Mine lasted for almost two years without a charge. When I started charging it, the keyboard was good for at least a week. I think there's something wrong with your product.

• My wife and I use keyboard and we'vr never had any problems with either one . Suggest you check with Geek Squad.

• Sounds like you need a new battery ask the geek squad if it can be changed
