Q: What consoles can this connect to?
A: It can connect to PlayStation, but it can’t connect to Xbox. I have not tried a switch yet so I’m not sure. to connect to PlayStation, just plug the hyper speed dongle into one of the USB ports and it will automatically connect your headset.
Q: Does it work with Xbox via usb-c to 3.5mm?
A: No, it won't. For wired connection, it uses a USB-A.
