I was worried about trying to get a new one. I use it for Dr. visits and friend chats. Everyone said this is so much better than what they have. For the price, it was well worth it.

The download instructions need to be updated. The instructions do not give the necessary keys to perform basic tasks. I had to call customer service for help. Steve was most helpful.

I love it comes with the camera cover. sound quality is good and the wide angle is if you want more than just your face in the picture.... especially if using for podcast of two or more people. Highly recommend.

It has a ton of features that I haven’t been able to get into yet but that will come with time. I guess the only con is that I don’t have two of them. I would recommend this dynamo to anyone looking to start vlog, carry on a high quality video conference, or even something lower key like a family skype call.
