It has The HD quality which is really good for every day conferences. I did not have any compatibility issues while using my MacBook Air 2022 Silicon. I wondered why they still use the USB instead of USB type C. I had to buy an adapter for that.

The image and audio quality are excellent. Also, I like that the image can be zoomed and shifted side to side.

When mounted on top of a monitor, it won't tilt down quite far enough to vertically center the image. Other than this significant irritation, the unit is flawless. The flip-down optics cover is a nice touch for permanently mounted units to keep the dust off the lens.

I've never really needed one until recently when I wanted to chat with my friends. Worked like a charm in discord with no issues. A little pricey but logitech is solid so I'm fine with it.
