I ordered the Logitech Pro Webcam, and in the box instead was a Logitech C930e webcam. I'm not sure if the Logitech C930ewebcam is a substitute, or simply the incorrect camera that was put in the box by the manufacturer. The webcam looks the same as the Logitech Pro Webcam, however with a different mfr. part #. It also does not show what is described in the picture that it has a Carl Zeiss Tessar. The camera was connected up recognized by Windows 10 right away, and when testing, the video seems very clear, and with good colors with low light. The webcam firmware was at a low level, so it was easily updated with the firmware update from Logitech support website. Something to note: Initially the firmware would not update because the firmware routine would not recognize the camera. After downloading the Logitech Camera settings software, the firmware routine then recognized the webcam, and the firmware was successfully updated. The C930e also offers a better warranty, than the webcam that I ordered. Although this might be an older model webcam, it is a very proven webcam. Overall the camera - Logitech C930e - the camera which was in the box - seems to be a good web cam.

Very good quality webcam. The set up was really easy and the picture quality is really good as well. Got it on sale which increased the value even more! Definitely a great webcam, especially if you can get it on sale.

I've been using this a month with my Macbook Air. The picture quality of this is so crisp in many different lighting situations as compared to the webcam that is default in the macbook. The sound also is really good and doesn't seem to pick up background noise. I haven't done anything too complex with the camera at this point, but I do use it with all my video calls, which average about 2 - 4 per day.

Good quality video and mic. Works easily enough without requiring too much effort put into setup. I also like that it comes with a cover so you can easily cover the lens when you aren't trying to use it.

Used it in combat for the first time in a conference room setting. 4 people sat in a semi-circle while the Webcam was opposite the attendees. No problems--camera images were sharp and crisp. Wish it came with a tripod (which I picked up before the conference). Plug & Play--easy. Would recommend the C930,

My monitor is built kind of weird so normal webcams don’t fit properly. This one was able to fit because of the thing on the bottom of it. The webcam quality is pretty good and the mic built in is the same. At least according to my friends, coworkers, and interviewers. Highly recommend.

Works well with Zoom and teams. Well priced replaced my Razer Webcam.

The mic on mt work laptop sucks and occasionally I am required to be on camera during l meetings but my home set up the laptop is closed to make room for 2 big external monitors. Instead of having to prop up the laptop for people to hear me or open to use the camera I opted to purchase this web camera w/mic. I like this camera, the image is really clear and i am easily heard. I am also a crafter and struggle with recording myself making items. As i pulled this camera out of the box I quickly saw how easy it would be to use it when making my crafty items.

I have 2 other webcams in my house; this webcam is by far the best Webcam. It is very clear in colors your voice is clear with the Mic. I would recommend this to anybody Thank again BestBuy

After installing the webcam you need to go to the Logitech website and download the "Property Page" update for the 930e model webcam so that Windows can recognize it. I would ding the product a few points for not including this software in the box in the first place, or mentioning that it was necessary to do so in the documentation. After installing the update, it performs exactly as you would want it to. What I also like is that the product includes a separate plastic piece that snaps around the webcam that allows you to raise and lower a cover over the lens that allows you to protect yourself from unauthorized access to the device when you are not using it. It's very nice that a company recognizes any number of threats, including our own government, are capable of abusing their product and is willing to spend the extra time and money to protect their customers. :)

Great picture and sounds quality. Easy to setup. My only small complaint is that the mount doesn't firmly secure to your computer so you have to use two hands to reposition. Almost never an issue though.

First purchase of this type of gear. Needed for a zoom call and it worked perfectly. Titaly satisfied with this product and I would recommend it for the ease of installation and usefullness.

Honestly, there is not really any reason to buy something more expensive than this unless you're something like a top notch professional streamer, and even then this might still be enough. It looks great on things like video calls or recordings, and even holds its own out of the box on a stream. However, assuming you know what you're doing, with proper lighting and tweaking the cameras settings, you could easily make someone think you were using a $200/$300 camera. Its very impressive what this little guy can do.

This camera was for my bosses computer. Was very easy to setup and control. He was happy with the picture quality and found it easy to use.

Great field of view and an unexpected better microphone than other webcams. Definitely a good buy. But like all of these webcams - someone has to come up with a better mountaing clip for laptops.

This camera picture quality is excellent for the price. The image is clear with no choppy video. The microphone is clear and able to hear your voice without having to lean in or speak up.

Very easy setup, had it working in minutes after unboxing. Picture is amazing and it works perfectly for what I use it for.
