BEST webcam I have EVER owned!

Pricey but worth it

Pro optics with a vague mount

That said, once that plastic clamp is removed, a tripod compatible screw is revealed and the camera's high quality optics can be used with a stable mount.

An expensive but competent webcam

No update in sight.
