Decent sound and features for a beginner system. I wish the hdmi control with the rest of my setup was more intuitive.

This is my 2nd receiver in 6 months, the first one went out after a couple months of use, I was very disappointed, then It got shipped off to the warehouse to get fixed, that took 3 weeks before I was notified it couldn't get fixed and I will be given store credit or a new receiver. So, we will see how this one is, but always get the geek squad warranty no matter what.

It sounded great but has stopped turning on and onkyo told me to call best buy and best buy told me to call onkyo for repair. Sooo $500 3 months in became trash. What a world.

Does exactly what it is designed to do. Easy hookup although I would have liked more banana plug connections. Price was outstanding.

I have always had trouble with these audio receivers. I have had this one for a year now and its been great. I have a firestick and it works great with the firestick remote. The volume even populates on the TV. Turns on and off with the same remote. I plug the firestick directly into the receiver and the 4k channels look great as well. Can easily swith to bluetooth for playing spotify or apple music.

Good purchase, sound quality I really like. Looking forward to using it for many years

I have wonderful sound on the new Onkyo receiver. Easy to adjust. I had an old one that was here when I bought the house.

I'm getting ready to return my third unit to the store. Definitely not the Onkyo that I grew up with. On bluetooth, you cannot hear it until 45 on the volume, which wouldn't be a except for if you get over 60 it will overheat, shut off, not come back on or come up with an error message. Definitely not overloaded, I have two brand new JBL 5-1/2 bookshelf speakers for my front, JBL center speaker in the center, and JBL 4-1/2 bookshelf speakers for the surround that is it! Aggravating that this is my third time having to return it and now pay more money to get something hopefully better. Don't usually do reviews but very frustrated

I have this is my home office slash entertainment room and I have all Bose speaker plugged in.

Really a nice little receiver for home audio. Not gonna take the foundation but that's what amps are for. Bought it open box for $150 and it looked brand new to me. Just missing the little microphone to roon test the receiver that should have been in the box but no big deal.

love this receiver. Connections can be hdmi or RCA which allows to use older equipment. A lot of other features that I like.

Went in to buy a sony receiver and ended up seeing this one on sale for $300. Took it home and set it up and was honestly surprised by how it outperformed my previous sony receiver. You can tell it was pushing more and cleaner power and theres a bit more setting and features to use and work with to fine tune your experience. Personally recommended it to a friend and he also loves it. Would definitely buy again

I am happy with the responsiveness. I can push buttons or the remote and I am only limited by the other devices. Sound is decent for the price.
