I have been using this for around 3 months now. Not a heavy user, a few pages every few days. I have been very pleased with the quality of the output. Mo more clogged inkjets, clean crisp output every time. The ink still shows 100%. With my old inkjet, it would have used lots of ink. This is great for my use because I would have to clean heads and waste lots of ink with an inkjet printer. At this rate, I probably won't have to replace cartridges for many years. I was lucky and able to get it on sale.

Excellent rating based on just under 30 days use. I was SO tired of inkjet issues that I purchased this from BB with a complete extra set of toner cartridges. A lot up front but so much less hassle. It's fast, quiet, and the prints are exquisite. Delivery was on time and Best Buy issued credit when printer went on sale following week. Thanks Best Buy & HP!

Great value. Very easy to setup and prints very quickly. Was pleased that it can scan directly to a network folder.

Prints like a champ BUT replacing the ink cartridges is expensive and a pain. The ink cartridges MUST have the chip from the previous ink cartridge or it will not work at all. Not even a little bit. You can pay MORE and purchase the ink cartridges with the chip, but you will pay a lot. If you dont mind do all of this, then it is a great printer. I have had many HP and this is a good one. However, had I know about the chip, I would not have. I have arthritis no can do. In fact mine is up for sale.

I’m very happy with my new printer. It prints beautifully and scans perfectly. It hooked itself up to my Wi-Fi network with a minimal amount of difficulty. It’s a new member of my office staff and I’m really enjoying it.

Purchased this HP LaserJet Pro for my daughter and her family. It has been a life saver for them not having to travel to a print shop. I am told they are able to print from their phones to the printer while away from home. Awesome!

I can't believe I struggled with inkjet printers at home for two decades. While it was a splurge to buy a color laser printer, I have been blown away by the quality and speed of the printing. While replacement cartridges will be expensive, I think in the long run a laser printer will be cheaper for our family - and certainly much less frustrating. I wish I had thought of this when our kids were at home printing projects for school.
