Just OK, not for a busy office

This printer will not work unless you subscribe to their monthly subscription service, of you cancel the printer will outright stop printing stating account error even if your ink cartridges are full. DO NOT BUY

Easy to use with HP app

If you have this in a room the lights are a little bright if you want to keep it on at all times. Other than than it's been pretty good. Pretty reliable printing and i love that it's easy to print double sided.

It is big, but it does everything that I needed. I love that it can duplex. The color is good. It was easy to install and use right away. This is my third HP printer. I had a little one that did not duplex. I am pleased with this printer

Does what it's meant to do

This is an ideal home-use printer with good-quality prints for documents and sheets. I haven't tried it with photos yet but planning to do so soon. Will post an update then. Set-up was fast using the HP Smart App, though you do need to turn off your VPN if you're using one when setting up. One con of this is no USB port, maybe that's a deal-breaker for some, but in a world moving to wireless, I can do without it.
