    Best product , in my opinion that is available in todays market.The washer is quite and cleans clothes. The spin cycle gets just about all the water out and goes it in record time;The matching dryer is also fast ,quite and efficient. VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE! THE INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME, GOT IT DONE WITH LOTS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE.

    Strong plastic smell for first week or two. The door opened on the wrong side when delivered so installers charged extra to change it. The person at Best Buy store had no clue to even ask us about that.

    Very happy with the product so far - about a month of daily multiple loads. Easy to use and understand and connect with app. I am connecting everything LG with the app. Love the app functionality. The delivery team damaged my floor while delivering if but BB's customer support took care of it by reimbursing me the amount the contractor charged. It was a hassle for sure but at least with they didnt argue with me and paid up immediately.
