Only issue is the LG wifi connectivity which is still to this day impossible to setup, tried numerous times with the app from the google store but it is still unable to connect. Read online of from blogs to try to setup the connection via 2 cell phones to trick the machine to think it is connected to the home network. Still no real help from LG on how to connect and use it online. Other than the connectivity, the machine is a great buy. can't wait for the paired washer to come in.

Glad I did, because it has been really amazing. Quick and quiet. I also love that it has an app to monitor when loads are done.

Later called about delivery compensation they offered 125$ and won’t honor it because I accept the original 65$ no one told me I wouldn’t get both but give me the $125 now but they say “no record of this case” terrible experience with customer service
