Delivered broken microwave no handle & missing mounting hardware in a box that was taped shut that was sealed w/ tape that read inspected by Best Buy.
Delivery team called in the problem & returned box to store around 9am this morning & have not heard back from customer service as of yet.

The Range is o.k., however, it does not back to the back wall. There is a 4 to 6 inch gap between the range and the wall.

If there were 0 stars to give I would. BB has no manager that can return a phone call. The range ordered was damaged prior to delivery, still shows as delivered.

The oven works great. It cooks evenly. I like the rapid boil. Easy to clean. So far, I’m happy with my purchase. The storage drawer on bottom is smaller than most ovens. However, it doesn’t bother me.

As of the first week it has worked properly an the oven is the easiest to clean as the heating element is on the top says it has wifi controls also will try them later as it seems to be a nice addition.
