    HORRIBLE I Never wanted a wireless & was never told it is 100% UN USABLE. I suppose the person ASSUMED I knew. Which I did NOT!

    DOA. Printer head issue (error stated printer head missing or not installed correctly) right at power on and was never able to resolve. Had to return and switched over to Canon Printer which I am having zero issues with.
