Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am so pleased with my new washer/dryer WashTower. The best thing is that it is so quiet. The entire purchase was a pleasant experience and on top of it all, the WashTower even was on sale. Initially, I wasn't going to get it before the end of February but approx. a week after purchasing it, I could schedule the delivery for the following week, 4 weeks earlier than expected. Everyone, from the salesperson to the people who delivered and installed the WashTower, was friendly and knowledgeable. Setting up the new WashTower didn't take longer than an hour. They took the old one out and even cleaned up after everything was finished. I certainly will go back to Best Buy for any other appliance.

It’s huge- fit a king size quilt, shams and 2 other blankets. Clothes come out so clean and drier works amazing. No regrets. Highly recommend this set

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the configuration, but that actual performance is very disappointing. It has only a few preset cycles, which cannot be modified. You can down load one cycle from a list in LG's app, but you can't customize it (and you can't see how it is setup until you download it and select it on the washer or dryer). Some specific's, the Normal dry is fixed at high and if you download a cycle that is set a medium your jeans and towels are not close to dry (even setting the dryer to very dry, I had to run the dryer on timed dry for 20 more minutes. Wash times are odd, for example at medium soil the wash time is 35 minutes, at medium/heavy the wash time was 31 minutes, and at heavy the wash time was 1 hour and 45 minutes.

For drying performance, make sure the dryer vent is clean and the load is balanced to help improve efficiency. Sometimes, larger or heavier items, like jeans and towels, can require extra drying time, especially on lower settings. If you haven't done so already, you could try manually adjusting the dry cycle to better suit the load size, though we understand it's inconvenient that some cycles can't be modified.
As for the wash times, they may vary depending on the soil level and the selected cycle. However, if you feel the cycle times are inconsistent or overly long, it may be worth reaching out to LG support to ensure the settings are optimized.
