Thankful to have Geek Squad protection so I was able to go in and upgrade to the 2850. The staff was so kind and the 2850 is incredible!!

The print quality is great! The setup was easy. Its not the fastest printer, but it will save you a ton in ink!

The ink DOES last a long time!

The controls are not easy to understand, but I did figure it out without the "Help". Once that was done, I was extremely happy at how long the ink will last in comparison to other brands. I've printed 300 color pages and just recently had to add one color (bought extra ink bottles in anticipation). But, again, the communication between the printer and pc can be confusing to it and to me, but would still choose it over another brand.
