I love this washer ! Has so many options and features and it always washes my clothes, towels, bedding very good ! And the steamer works wonders !

Besides doing what it’s supposed to it’s actually a pleasure to use. Matched with its companion washer it almost makes doing laundry fun. If it had fold option it would be perfect.

This Samsung clothes washer is easy to operate and does a great job cleaning clothing.

No more going to the laundromat for me. A day saver. Me and the family can do laundry as small and large as we want at anytime. Steam feature helps with wrinkles and the song it sings when its done is lovely. Also smartthings lets me know when the load is done wherever i am.

So far the dryer has worked well. The purchase through Best Buy was not satisfactory though. Waited for ever to speak with Best Buy’s staff. Had to do it in 2 trips. When purchasing they did not honor their promotion that said we would receive a $50 dollar gift card for each the washer and dryer.

This steam dryer is brilliant. It reduces the time I spend ironing and great for steam drying my Scrubs, I can rest assured that all my scrubs are well sanitized and ready for the next duty.

I purchased the Samsung front loader washer and dryer matching units as an exchange/replacement from an LG new top loading washer and dryer combo. Very happy with this unit! I also purchased two matching pedestal units to lift the front loaders higher for ease of use and more storage capacity. Very happy on all fronts!

I’ve had this dryer for about a month now and I don’t like it. I can put a load of clothes in the dryer on heavy duty at the highest dry temp and it dries for 1hr and 10 minutes, and the clothes are still damp, the glass door is wet when you open it and the lint from the clothes is rimmed around the opening and wet. I have now had a load of clothes drying for two hours, and they still are damp. The dryer is heating and the clothes are warm as if they are drying, but they’re not getting completely dry and I’m not sure what the problem is. The thing that is throwing me off, is that when you open the door once the clothes are done drying, the glass door is wet, literally. I am attempting to try other dry options such as the timed dryer option, but this should not take as long as it is to dry clothes. I had a Samsung dryer for 7 years prior to this replacement and it was great. This one, not so much. I have a friend who purchased the very same dryer and before I could even complete the sentence when complaining about the dryer she finished it with ‘your clothes are still damp, because mine are damp’. Now I’m at the 30 day mark, I cannot return the dryer and at this point I can’t say that I’m happy. Would not recommend.

Great dryer! Adjustable feet for standing it straight on any floor. Best Buy staff installed it quickly and well. The Normal dryer setting leaves one or two towels slightly damp, so I use the Time Dry setting to get everything dry. Works great otherwise!
