This printer only works with 2.4 internet. Does a good job of connecting to network or using a cable for direct connect.

First of all the Best Buy employee who assisted me was the most congenial, informative, personable kind and helpful young man I have ever had the pleasure to do business with and I am a senior citizen. He listened intently to what I needed and answered all my questions. He even made me laugh which brightened my day. He is truly an asset to your organization. Now, about the purchase. I love the printer. My only concern is that the plug in the back easily falls out. Other than that it was easy for this old lady to unpack, get it set up and it works perfectly.

This product was very easy to connect. The quality was very impressive and the ink loading was easy. Would recommend this product to anyone.

I teach pre k and so I am constantly printing out papers for my students and myself to use! Printer is very easy to set up and use. Ink lasts a decent amount of time as well. It can be a little slow if you are printing a large amount of papers with lots of color ( not all black) but I have no other “complaints “ I will definitely be recommending this product to all my friends and coworkers

Purchased to use for a small business which needs to print pictures. Easy to connect wirelessly, however, the ink smudges easy to touch on photo paper.

Buying this printer was a no brainer decision for me. I was truly tired of spending a fortune on ink cartridges for my other HP inkjet printer. As a person who leads a team of Lions Club vision screeners, we screen a minimum of 875 pre-k through 5th grade students every year. We were going through tons of cartridges because the screening results printouts that we send home to parents are in color. Another local Lions Club bought this same printer a while ago and in their screenings (and they do about 6,000 a year because their city is MUCH larger than mine), they have been using that printer for 18 months without having to change the ink! I LOVE this new printer. The quality of the prints is excellent even when I put it on draft mode to save ink. I love it so much that I bought one for my own home!

Nice to use a printer with reasonable ink costs. Does not make resizing something easy. Does everything else werll.

Easy setup, great quality pages in color and black/white. A little slower than expected, but very good for the price. Recommend.

It was easy to install. It works for printing school papers or documents for our business.

I like this HP Smart Tank printer more than my previous cartridge HP printer. The old printer made great prints but it was slow and went through a lot of cartridges which got to be very expensive. The Smart Tank Inkjet printer holds much more ink and will print a lot of copies before needing a refill. Also, the refill is easy with no spills. In conclusion, the HP Smart Tank prints great copies faster, is easy to operate and less expensive to use. I definitely recommend it. Tim M.

Being so fristrated for decades with my last inkjet printer. Literally ink was gone ascsoon as i printed a test page and two other things. Finally decided to try the smart tank and it has been incredible! I can print wirelessly from my phone,chromebook,computer! My 16 year old was even able to quickly print off a resume from her phone for a ladt minute job interview. No problem ar all. Really wish i had bought this all the other times i bought replacement ink cartriges in the past. 100% recommend

This printer runs very quietly and seems to do a good job so far. I was not happy when we received it that the printhead had to be replaced immediately as it did not work however they did send the printhead out right away.
