Best Buy ever - HP quality!

The set-up was easy enough to follow w/instructions. The shock & joy at the quality for the usage I have. The HP Laptop I purchased along with the printer at Best Buy has made me a return buyer at Best Buy. Check it for yourself!

A bit of an adjustment

It took me awhile to figure out how to get it started. The biggest challenge was the supertanker ink. I had never used one of these printers before. And then, realized I also needed to install the cartridges.

Does not print on two sides!

I bought it for the 3-year ink warranty. This only holds about 100 sheets of paper, and most of all, it does not print on both sides. I would return it and buy the correct one, except the price went up and no longer makes sense on saving money on ink.

Great printer that is "easy" on the ink.

Bought this HP as an upgrade. Easy install/set up and looking forward to not having to buy new ink every month or two. Highly recommended.

Not great, just average.

Easy to set up, easy to print from phone, or computer. When scanning something, it is a little slower than my previous printer, honestly sounds a little junky. I hate the fact that I must sit in the room with it if I'm printing off a bunch of pages. The feeding system is terrible. I have tried several different types of paper, and same issue with all of them. This printer does not do front, and back copies at the same time. For the price, it is honestly just an average printer.
