So far, so good. We'd hesitated buying a printer because of all the disappointment from past purchases. This one does what we need it to do even if it doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles.

Overall, not a bad product but I had an issue with the print head not moving to the center. After multiple turn offs and turn ons, it finally positioned itself in the center and proceeded to print my test page.

So much easier to use than my printers from the past.

I am very happy with my new HP printer. It fits just great in my armoire. I like the color of printer , off white and light grey. I like the fact that the ink will last to print probably 3,000 pages!

Excellent printer that has been a game changer. Please go to liquid ink! Saves so much money on ink cartridges. Game changer!

Excellent printer. A little difficult to figure out apps for my iPhone but it works with my computer and internet very well.

BUT beware, Best Buy advertises in store and online "3" years of ink included. Manufactures box shows only "2" years?! Will have to wait to see.

Amazing machine, had an older printer and it was time to upgrade, after following the advise from the best buy tech expert on site i purchased this printer, super easy and simple to set up . Super happy with purchase

Very strong and responsive printer. The ink has lasted for several months through many print jobs both for school and for work. The only issue I have faced is an occasional latency with the printer connecting to my laptop, but that is more h to an likely an issue with my laptop as it is old and has its own struggles. Definitely worth its price

Setting it up could have been easier. Putting the ink in you needed the bottles placed perfectly to get the to click in and the print heads were also hard to install.

Easy set up, ink is cheaper than getting cartridges and doesn’t need replaced as often. There’s also two cartridges and it comes with the ink & cartridges when you purchase!

The printer requires to reload the paper in order to print on both sides

I really like my HP the color is great very easy set. HP from now on I had others brands I'll sold on the HP.

Good copies at a much more affordable price. Very easy to set up and filling it was easy and didn't make a mess.

This printer is wonderful. After a year, I still have more ink before it runs out. But I dont print a lot, maybe 3 times a week the most. Even though the printer is a little pricey but it is worth it because you don't have to keep buying ink.

Deserves 10 stars! I have been looking for an inkjet printer that handles cardstock and this one does a good job because the paper is stored in the back so it doesn't have to bend around a roller and get stuck/torn. I also like the switch to ink bottles instead of cartridges. No chance of spilling the ink when filling due to the bottle design so this is a winner all around. Good job HP!

Best printer I have ever had. The connection to the network remains stable. The print Quality is fantastic. There is absolutely no issue with the machine pulling the paper and it is exceptionally easy to set up and fill the ink.
