Great upgrade from ink jet. Easy to set up. Works great. If you do a lot of copying or scanning consider the model with a paper feed.

So quick to set up and I don’t think I will ever go back to purchasing printers that use cartridges again. Tanks are easy to fill with ink and monitor its contents.

I just bought it. Not used that much. Timre will tell how good it is.

This is tough. Part of the problem may be on me, running an older system and not reading carefully, but the experience was not good. I trust HP, having one of their monitors and a computer, HP-110. 8-9 years old, survived a lighting surge(except the ethernet port) but it ran Windows 8. The printer box appeared to support this, but it did not. Finally updated, worked over the course of 2 days to get it to print, and finally found a configuration that worked. Quality is fine, but the printer and now my computer are slower than they use to be(old printer was an Epson). Customer support basically unhelpful FAQ's. Again, my old system and ways did not work smoothly with this printer. If you're running Windows 10 or 11, you shouldn't have my experience, but the days of PNP and OOBE seem to have passed.

An excellent home printer: prints quickly, quietly, and with high quality!

I was so tired of buying ink for my Epson ($50 and it only lasts about 25 pages) that i finally gave up and got this printer that comes with ink, and is good for 2000 pages! HP rep was on site and he was a big help.

Queen is always amazing helping out anytime i go to the Best Buy Homewood. She is very knowledgeable and attentive and really knows what she is doing. If i had a business i would hire her on the spot because I know she makes the customer interactions spectacular and efficient

Easy to install and high quality printouts. I also like the fact that the inks are relatively cheaper compared to other models and/or other brands.

Solid Printer setup was a bit of a challenge. Got through it .. might have been me. Quality is very good.

I like the printer works great for what I need set up and everything was perfect only had one problem was with the free ink setup

It was necessary to install the printheads and the instructions were not clear. Once that was accomplished things went smoothly. Filling the tanks is easy. Printing is very sharp and I love not having to buy and fuss with cartridges. Worth the extra money.

Really nice printer! Prints pretty fast too, for an inkjet. If you plan on using it for crafts it's a decent investment for your projects. Only thing is the paper is still a little wet from the ink when it's freshly printed.

Love it. So easy to set up and use. Would recommend it to anyone. Got rid of the small expensive cartridges. So happy with this printer.
