    I very pleased with my new HP Printer. It is extremely dependable and makes my home & office projects so much easier. I would recommend it to others. I am also very grateful to the Best Buy staff member who directed me to this particular HP printer. It made it much easier to navigate the many printers available at Best Buy!

    Nice not to always have to worry about replacing cartridges with the new ink bottle model. The written directions are not too easy to understand, and it would help if they were clearer and more simplified.

    Absolute trash do not waste your money. Connectivity is a joke does not support WAP3 which is funny cause it worked OK for a week and then started having connectivity problems. Do not buy do not buy. Do not buy if you have a router from the last decade. can’t get anyone from HP to respond in tech-support. As for Best Buy 15 day return policy is total garbage I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars there in the last decade and they won’t take it back. Will never buy from Best Buy again.

    The printer works perfectly. One thing that I would change is that you cannot turn your paper sideways to print landscape. Loved the service before and after the sale. I have a Best Buy Membership, and we get free set up at home and many extras make it hard not to shop there.

    Only reason it's not 5 stars, is due to scanner issues. It scans easy enough & looks ok on the screen, but once saved the document information & settings are rearranged. Viewing and printing is all messed up.
