    One time all of the buttons on the control panel were flashing and I had to google what to do with this issue. We hadn’t printed very many pages at this time. There were a couple of other times it had issues printing.

    Had trouble setting it up. Call to Best Buy - no help over the phone - wanted me to send it back for a replacement - made appointment with Geek Squad instead and it was a simple fix.

    the paper has problems going thru sometimes. printer says there is a paper jam, there usually is not, just paper won't go thru.
