    Their software is so bad. I got stuck in a bug setting it up with the app and it wouldn’t let me proceed with the setup. Therefore I wasn’t able to even use the product. Had to return.

    This is trap to get hp printer. Please go with some other brand, dont fall on them. Waste of money. You cant move out their plan.

    Stopped working day 1. Hassle to set up and poor wifi/bluetooth connectivity. After half a day it stopped responding all together. I will never buy HP again.

    I would give this printer zero stars if I could. EVERY SINGLE DAY there is a different issue with it. It is the bane of my existence at this point. DO NOT BUY THIS!

    This printer won't recognize any other ink cartridge than what came with the printer. BestBuy won't take back the ink cartridge that doesn't work so there was a waste of $30

    Worst Experience..i never got this product.I almost wasted 4 days for this product. They deliver the papers which is my second Order and updated that they have delivered tge printer and also they have not uploaded the photo of deliver.

    This is the worst printer I ever experienced. The paper constant jams the ink runs out really fast and overall it’s slow and inefficient.
