The install is clean and nicely designed. It was a difficult connection to my Chamberlin garage door. Had to call their customer service three times. Non-English speaking customer service. Once connected, it was fine for a few weeks, now the alerts are on a delay. Not sure what the issue is. I restart my phone and close open apps frequently.

I've had this for several weeks now and it works well. Had a little trouble at first with the instructions on how to enter the code.

Works as described provided you have the required door opener. It took a little time for it to pair with my opener but once setup it works great. Video is clear -it's not a security camera but it does the job when someone is nearby.

The unit is nicely built, but poorly designed from a user perspective. In order to recharge the battery pack, you must remove it from the unit, which means unmounting it from the wall after removing the tiny awkward "security" screw on the bottom, then opening the back cover and finally unclipping the battery pack. Then you need to use a micro-usb cable (Not USB-C, and not provided) to charge the battery pack for hours before putting everything back together. Doing this process every few weeks is bothersome, but by design there is really no way to permanently power the device. A little more effort in design would have paid off greatly.

Works fine and smart a good quality strong product

Works good with trial subscription, fixing to let it run out and see how well it works without paying a monthly fee. Will post back if any serious changes.

The camera quality and the ease of installation is great. The only downside is the battery storage. It gets to 10% from 100% easily within 45 days. It is a pain to recharge from holder every 45 days.

Awesome upgrade! Super easy setup, even with my older non-Wi-Fi garage opener. The video is clear, notifications are instant, and managing access codes from my phone is a game changer. Reliable, secure, and totally worth it!

This is a great garage keypad. The camera, microphone and speaker are good quality considering the price. The ability to set notifications, add users, and setup how and where the camera detects is great. The only issue I have is the WiFi range and it’s not just the keypad. I also have a garage camera that is mounted within 7 feet of the WiFi AP and both indicate a medium signal strength.

Simple and easy to setup. The only issue is the door does not open sometimes.

Device seems to be solid and well built. Installation and set-up was faily simple. I have two issues. 1, the battery took too long to charge out of the box. It would be nice if it had a partial charge to cut down on the installation time. 2, while installing, the small set screw that secures the unit to the mouting plate is TOO EASY to cross thread and potentially round out the philips head. It would perhaps be better if it were a torx or hex head screw. Otherwise, we’ll see how it performs.

Great update from the old keypads for our garage. Easy to install and easy to use.

An item that I have been waiting to go on sale so I could replace my standard key pad. I purchased a new HP computer and got reward certificates because I used my BB Visa card. Was able to get this $39.95 item for $15.00.

This was very easy to install with clear instructions. The camera quality is decent and it works well. The only downside is the battery life.

It's a great addition to garage access when multiple contractors or service people are coming and going. It allows you to see who is there and they can call you from the device if it doesn't work. Everyone gets their code, too. That way you can cancel that code instead of resetting it for everyone.

Product works good, but wasn’t able to get it to link up with my gate opener. I use it as a remote doorbell.

Nice features and handy access without having to use other means to open the garage door. Video is a plus but if you want to look later who set off your motion detection (even without using the keypad) you will need a subscription. Also not hard to remove from mount to recharge periodically, but don't lose that tiny screw! That could be improved to not lose it. Must have MyQ hub for it to work though.

Disconnects from wifi, battery life not great. Nice video when working
