    BE AWARE!!!!! BEST BUY CHEATED ME OUT.

    Check your products before you take home. I was cheated by Best Buy, I reached out for support and they attempted to help but I’m not satisfied. I bought my dryer (out of box) on February 27, 2025. I picked it up same day. On March 2, 2025 my husband was trying to install and the plastic wire terminal broke and screws were worn out. I called for repair and the first appointment they had available for a tech to come was March 11, 2025. Tech came today and opened the back of the dryer, he stated that the washer was burnt out and the wires were hack. I asked what it meant to be hacked and tech stated that since the dryer was burnt, someone cut the wires and re wired them. I was in total shock especially because he stated that Best Buy doesn’t sell used products and they try it out before pick up. Something is not making sense, I was cheated out and when I called customer service I felt unheard. I’m frustrated that I was sold a product that does not work. I got rid of the dryer I had previously thinking I didn’t need it and I have spent close to $50 since just on going to the laundry mat to dry. PLEASE BE AWARE !!!!!!!!! My stars are inaccurate due to me not even being able To try the dryer so I do not know how the product function. I just want to spread awareness that Best Buy does sell used products that can be damaged and they do not try it out before sale.

    Overall rating takes in to consideration all things. Best Buy was not as helpful with me and the previous dryer.

    Can't cancel order due to prior bad service

    So, since I had such a bad experience with my new fridge I bought and it still isn't fixed. I wanted to cancel this order and I am finding out I can do it. Best Buy is becoming worse and worse at taking care of their customers

    I’m not really happy with this purchase! This dryer makes a squeaky noise. I already have had it replaced once. This is ridiculous! Makes me regret buying and definitely not getting the the 3-5 year warranty! I’ve never had a problem with a washer and dryer like this before! My washer and dryer’s in the past have lasted for years!! This one has literally had problems immediately!! I’m very disappointed!!

    Junk dryer…don’t buy

    I bought this dryer a year ago and had no issues then suddenly we stopped a cycle opened the door, put an additional shirt and pair of pints in it and then turned it back on. Then when we hit the start button….nothing. I called Best Buy…the warranty ran out 4 weeks ago and they refused to trouble shoot or help me without paying $130 for. Tech to come and then I would find out how much it would cost for labor and parts. I’m still paying on this thing and it’s basically brand new! How can a large appliance item like this only be covered for a year? This will be my last Samsung purchase…junk appliance with lousy customer service

    Can’t review it . They came in to install and said faucet wasn’t working not sure if it’s true or not plumber will come in and tell for truth
