I'd read reviews saying it was cool to the touch & felt damp even though it was dry so i thought this was the problem. Clothes didn't come out piping hot like my highly reliable, trusty 20yr-old Whirlpool. I thought it was just new technology. Nope. Dryer is just garbage. By November, clothes were just coming out WET. 3 to 5 drying attempts later, still wet!! Tried to contact Best Buy. At 1st first Best Buy scheduled it as an installation only to cancel moments before the appt because it was a repair. Then they scheduled a repair, only to cancel because it was under mfr warranty & had to be fixed by the mfr. Tried the mfr but had difficulty accessing. Meanwhile, i can't return this piece of garbage AND all of this is happening during the holidays and the busiest time of year. Don't buy this. We're hanging clothes all over the house just to get them to line dry. I've wasted tons of money trying to dry clothes 3 or 5 times for SOOO many loads. One of my kids missed school because all of his clothes were in the dryer - he'd washed them and put them in the dryer to dry while he was sleeping and he woke up to them being soaking wet and smelling like mildew. Another kid had to go to work and had to take his clothes to a buddy's house to dry them quickly because after 3 to 5 tries, the load was still wet. I have a hair blow dryer that we use for a few of the items we need quickly if we don't have the TIME to sit everything out and allow it to blowdry. Do NOT buy this dryer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have spent more than I paid for this thing doing laundry at the laundry mat because it keeps breaking down. Everytime it was repaired I was told this is a common problem. Now I am at the end of my warranty best buy nor Samsung will accept a return on a product that is faulty. I will never purchase a Samsung product again
