Excellent laptop! Plays any game I throw at it in 3k med-high settings. The 3k OLED screen is the best screen I've ever looked at! Pretty loud fans if I'm honest but I don't mind. Fantastic work horse of a PC. If you're looking for a portable studio that can also play just about any game, this 14 in laptop is just too good for the money :) absolutely in love with it!

Great battery life and runs most every game extremely smooth. Havent had a single issue yet.

Outstanding device. Amazing audio for its size, beautiful display above 70% brightness. Sandpaper textures below 70% on grey and dark backgrounds. Fantastic for audio work and creation with low DPC latency. Trackpad is firm and responsive without rattle. Unfortunately I returned mine in hopes the 2024 G16 would offer a similar experience with a larger screen. I lost better battery life and better performance in titles that fought for CPU/GPU wattage at the same time. TLDR is stick with the G14 until they either release a AMD 16” or Intel perfects the Core Ultra.

Still a bit warmer and less power efficient than a MacBook but it’s an amazing design. With a great display and keyboard

Beautiful OLED display, 16x10 screen ratio makes a bigger difference than i thought it would. The aluminum chassis is Macbook level of fit and finish. Very subdued and elegant for a gaming laptop. I got the top spec rtx 4070 variant and so far i have no complaints on performance. Thermals are ok, but you can only do so much in a 14in chassis. Over all 5 out of 5

I am truly enjoying this laptop! I got it for my creative work, and it meets 90% of the needs. I just wish it had an direct ethernet port. And two usb 4 usbc ports instead of one. Thermal management can also be tricky but its expected in this form factor. I did witj the power distuption was higher to the gpu though!

Best laptop to get if you're planning on going to college. Good graphic and amazing speaker. However, battery life is not great, so make sure you're next to an outlet to plug it in. Also, amazing speaker! I was blown away by the quality of it.

I had read this was a great laptop for a lot of reasons. First off the screen is absolutely exceptional. I use this for both work and gaming as I travel weekly. This has to be one of the nicest PC travel laptops with the most capability I’ve seen in a long time. And I’ve had quite a few laptops over the years lol. Try to get this on sale cannot beat the price if so.

Great laptop for the size. I was in the market for a smaller gaming laptop that could still handle demanding games. This fit the bill and the display looks fantastic. It can get a little louder on some games but is mostly quiet. Would purchase again

This device is great, quiet for basic tasks, great battery life, can def crank up some settings for games, easily upgradeable storage. Really the whole package in a small form factor. BUY THE STORE WARRANTY, Asus cannot be trusted warranty wise. Spend 15 minutes on google looking at this controversial repairs right now. Its bad. You can trust geek squad will get a repair done or refunded at least without failing their clients. Love this computer, its my personal fav in the last decade.

I love this laptop! As someone who is not interested in building a PC, this is a great way to play games that are not on console. A game that used to glitch on another device doesn't glitch at all on this laptop! The display is very bright and vivid. The only downside would be that the fans are a bit loud when it overheats, but it's not a dealbreaker for me personally.

I purchased this laptop for video editing first, gaming second. First, i love this laptop. It has been very quick, the screen is incredible and has amazing sound. I love that its thin and light. With that being said, after 6 months, the screen developed issues where it would flicker, pixels would flash randomly and lines would appear and disappear across the screen. Eventually the screen would just go black. Everything shows that the laptop is full updated. Worse yet, the issues are when i am home and not at the best buy geek squad counter. I recorded the problems with my cell phone as proof. The laptop has been sent out to Asus under the MFG warranty. I hope they are able to fix. Being my first Asus laptop, i am losing faith in their product.

Great Battery Life, Performance, and Screen! Amazing for Gaming on the go! And studying for college

Crippled by software and bloatware. Takes a lot of work to maintain. I would never buy this laptop again. Between windows 11 and all the bloatware, it took me several days to even play any games on this thing. The bloatware conflicts with all hardware drivers, so it can't be connected to any controllers or ethernet. I spent 8 hours just updating everything and removing all the pre-installed crap. runs HOT. Don't even think about using the keyboard while gaming. Performance is crippled while on battery. The included charger is HUGE, and doubles the size of the computer. This is NOT a mobile PC. Keyboard backlighting is horrible. Half the keys are not properly illuminated. The exterior light bar and keyboard constantly flash brightly. The track pad is OK size, but is horrible to use. 3rd party mouse is required, but again it's all hardware conflicts as soon as you plug anything in to the USB ports. Just garbage all-around. I wish I had returned this product. Screen is nice.

Got this as a protable option to watch movie and light gaming. Comparing to Omen Transcend, ASUS did a much nicer job to packaging the product. The battery life is much longer than Ultra9 and the fan noise is much lower. The material is more premium and more enjoyable to use. The common challanege of 14 inch is the heat issue but ASUS seemed to handle it well on the new chassis.

While I am not such a computer gamer (at 56, I prefer an 85" TV and Playstation 5...easier on the eyes). I purchased this device for work (medicine) because I now travel often and need something light to fit in my bag (I also have a MacBook Pro 16 M3 Max). Everything about the laptop is great. The screen is vibrant and the colors exceptional. The keyboard is heavily used and I think it is very comfortable: key travel, size and lack of flex is excellent. Fan noise, for the most part, is low. During video playback or manipulating large files, the fans do come on and can get loud, but not too bad. The keyboard deck does not get uncomfortably hot to touch. My only real complaint is Asus's bloatware. There is a boatload of Asus software on the device that runs in the background. 20% of the RAM is used by this bloatware. Armoury Cate has become my nemesis on this machine. When i try and remove some of the Microsoft bloatware, it causes the Crate software to stop functioning: lighting controls, Slash controls, etc. When I called Asus's technical support, their only option for me was a full recovery reinstall. Not fun or very practical. I would like to remove the Microsoft bloatware at least and still be able to turn the key backlighting on! SMH Overall, a very good 14 in laptop that is powerful and light. It isn't too "kiddy boy racer" looking while still has a bit of techy flair.
