Glitches too much

Its cute but the functionality is less than desireable. It often cuts off mid-typing or will have a key get stuck and suddenly ill see a sentence look “likkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkke this”. The num lock feature also gets turned off frequently- im not even sure how and the first few times i had to search in youtube for it because Logitech doesnt offer a resource guide for the basic keys or their functions. I operate a gaming system for work because I work in construction sketches and estimating and I need a powerful system. Im not sure if its just not compatible with my desktop, if I have a defective product or what but as much as i wanted to love it and lean into the feminity of a pink workspace in a male-dominated industry, this product doesnt perform to basic standards and I am in the hunt for a new wireless ergonomic keyboard with a number pad
