This is a great notebook, with all-around good specs. I have had 4 of them so far. The screen has been cracking unless you close the lid with both hands or one hand in the middle, slowly shutting it. The past 3 laptops have had a crack in the left side close to the hinge, see photos. Just be very careful and this notebook is great.

This is one of the best laptops I've ever owned, and I have used a lot of them. I've always wanted the Zephyrus, but the older models were just too big and bulky to carry around. This one though has out done itself. I'm upgrading from a ROG Flow and what a difference in not only quality but performance as well. Design ----- The design of the Zephyrus G16 is exactly what it should have been for a while now, more of an aluminum unibody casing and less of the plasticky feel. The only issue for some is that this makes it a little more non-customizable in the sense that you can change or swap out too many parts when you want. You’re limited to the configuration that you buy at the time. For example, you're unable to change the RAM in this model. So, if you’re looking for more RAM you need to go up in specs. The keyboard feels nice to type on and is spaced out well enough. The keys are backlit as well with the ability to change colors, typical of a gaming laptop. The brightness of the backlight is great as well. The trackpad is massive. And takes up a good chunk of space, there is enough room for your hand to rest though when typing on the right and left sides. Performance ------ This is a gaming laptop, so I expected performance to be at the same level or better than my previous ROG Flow and this one surpassed my expectations. Running games like Wuthering Waves or Zenless Zone Zero was flawless. Both with the GPU set to Standard kept a constant 60 FPS, more specifically with ZZZ I was able to keep the framerate unlimited with all settings at max with. It kept up, hovering around 110-120 fps. Apps open extremely quick, and any stuttering or lag is few and far between nothing drastic. Battery ------ The battery on this computer surprised me a lot. I expected it to last a little bit on the shorter side, but it turns out, it’s entirely the opposite. Especially when you keep a lot of high-performance settings on the low side. For instance, turn down the screen refresh rate and use the Eco mode. I can easily get about 5-7 hours, which for a PC with these kinds of specs is on definitely on the higher side. This is best laptop I have ever used and if ROG can keep this kind of quality up, I’ll definitely be in the market for another.

Saw this product without a rating and wanted to risk it. Picked it up the same day and compared it to my 2023 G14, you can clearly see the difference between an OLED and a LED/IPS panel. Superb! The performance is also very good. When you’re holding the laptop you can tell how good the quality is, because of the aluminum it feels PREMIUM to the touch. Happy kiddo.

Great Computer. It has an amazing screen, the keyboard is great, Speakers sound good. Its thin and light and very portable, I would give it 5 stars but this specific configuration is not the best. 16GB of ram is ok but windows uses up about 7-8GB just to run. The RTX 5070 is great but it is limited by the wattage it is feed. Not a bad thing since it is a thin and light, but the 5070Ti has 12GB of VRAM compared to 8GB. Also. the computer crashed when I was trying to retrieve photos off of an SD card. It crashed mulptiple time so i had to return it.

Excellent laptop for gaming and photo/graphic editing! The OLED screen is beautiful - very bright and vibrant colors. The Nvidia 5070 can handle just about any game out there right now on high settings, so you won't need to worry about any upgrades in the near future. Excellent buy with excellent quality!

Not the best for high intense gaming because the laptop does get hot. But screen and power it holds is 5/5. Not bad for the biggest 16” laptop and thinnest.

This laptop is perfect in every way worthy, light weight and battery lasts long(3+ hours) with powerful speaker except that mine was arrived faulty, I had to return due to screen flickering but other than it was really amazing laptop for every tasks.

Great PC with one fatal flaw — only 16 GB of RAM and it’s non-upgradable. The ram is soldered to the board. Otherwise everything is flawless. Build quality, screen resolution, fans, and GPU are all top-tier. I had this model for a week and returned it for the 32gb RAM/5070 ti G14 model. Couldn’t be happier with ASUS quality and design.

Incredible display great for anything you need to do gaming, watching shows/movies, and school work

Does everything I ask it to. My opinion is that the NVIDIA 5 series laptop GPUs are far superior to the prior series, it feels like they're finally hitting that sweet spot where AAA games can be played on a lightweight device. I've had issues with ASUS Software before on certain devices, but this one has worked flawlessly so far. I am super happy with my purchase. People have complained about the memory not being upgradeable, which is understandable if you are doing sophisticated video editing or modeling, but for gaming this laptop really shines.

Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase. It’s only been a week since I bought it, but it runs pretty smoothly and can play games well. I also like how slim it looks and I can carry it around for my college classes.

Probably the most powerful laptop I ever had. I even ran battlefield redsec on here. It didn't have 32gb of ram so I was stressing about this but it even runs need for speed unbound pretty good and that games sucks up VRAM. I love this laptop and the speakers SOUND ALMOST AS GOOD as a portable speaker. Definitely surprised by the quality and the screen is beautiful.

Great laptop. The build quality is unmatched, the metal, the screen, everything about it screams quality. The only thing I’m unhappy with is the 16gb soldered ram that’s non-upgradable. Other than that, it’s a fantastic laptop that I couldn’t be happier about.

Really nice product for the money. The black one can suit a formal as well as fun environment. I’ve used a hp Omni book, legion 7i, MacBook Air and hp envy and it’s better than them all. It’s better than most of the other gaming laptops as well.

great laptop with all included ports for every day use i enjoy the size and build option that it came with also has great lights and display is worth this purchase... Love every minute of it.

So light for such strong specs, the OLED screen is a big plus and the metal structure of this laptop is the best that any gaming laptop might have.
