They have answered questions when I have them. I have gone in twice with simple program problems and they helped me on the side even though I did not have an appointment.

Bought a laptop and for the first week it was alittle tempermental. Brought it in and geeksquad found that the office10 update was the problem. They got it all fixed up.

I got it like Insurance, in case something bad happened to my purchase. So far so good, but you don't buy this sort of service with the intent of meeting it, I suppose.

My experiences with having this protection have all been positive. A good investment--ESPECIALLY for computers and peripherals.

It took a little longer than expected by my computer had its solid state HD replaced and sent back good as new without additional cost because of the insurance. Thanks.
