Manufacturer warranties are always terrible. I have had nothing but positive experiences with geek squad protection

They have answered questions when I have them. I have gone in twice with simple program problems and they helped me on the side even though I did not have an appointment.

Always warrenty up.. you never know... things can happned.. and best buy warrenty is great. all my electronics are covered.

I really cherish my support plan with Best Buy, as they have helped me numerous times....they are the best !

Geek Squad helps me with my computer so much. It is worth the money because you can contact them whenever you need help.

I purchased this plan to ensure I would have a excellant protection plan and be able to contact someone when help is needed.

Bought a laptop and for the first week it was alittle tempermental. Brought it in and geeksquad found that the office10 update was the problem. They got it all fixed up.

Have not had to use the service yet but am glad that if he has any problems he can take it to any best buy to get it fixed.

They set-up my new laptop & the tech went over everything in detail. Glad I spent the difference for the service.

I would definitely recommend this service. It has saved us a lot of money and frustration. Don't leave the store without it.

I got it like Insurance, in case something bad happened to my purchase. So far so good, but you don't buy this sort of service with the intent of meeting it, I suppose.

My experiences with having this protection have all been positive. A good investment--ESPECIALLY for computers and peripherals.

It took a little longer than expected by my computer had its solid state HD replaced and sent back good as new without additional cost because of the insurance. Thanks.

Best Buy Protection Plans are a must. Saved Hundreds with these plans in the past. Wouldn't have a Computer with out one.
