    I bought this to initially plug in my Verizon Wireless Home Phone and my VTech - DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone System with Connect to Cell Digital Answering System (bought from Best Buy). Eventually, I will plugging more devices into it. I like how it has a few outlets that are spaced out to accommodate devices that use "wall warts" for their power. Haven't had a power surge, yet, to test the surge protection.
