Great product that works well. Has a lot of available features but costs extra for parts and installation for each one. Only includes the basics of start, stop, lock/arm, & unlock/disarm. Has the ability to open hatchback, work with memory seats, ect... But each additional item that you wish to have programmed costs for additional equipment, installation, and programming.

great addition to my existing compustar remote. I like that I can start my car in winters from very far away. and the 2-way communication remote is really helpful.

Upgraded to mile range with confirmation due to how far away I have to park at work, can be a little picky about locations inside a building, but overall works well

I really like the features and range of this remote starter. After much research I chose this starter. I have owned two romote starters and this one tops them all. In store installation went very smooth. I am really enjoying this addition to my car.

Too easy to bump buttons on remote in pocket which freezes up software of remote in locked mode. Had to read online forums to remove & replace battery to reset it. Mile range is actually 1/2 block if going out a building to the parking lot. Won't sync with car key to turn compustar alarm off with car key. Need to change battery monthly before you get alarm locking you out. Needed 4 trips & 6 phone calls to best buy to get all installation parts ordered, installed, & then get it to stay running with remote start. Now how can I make it turn on the rear defrost, or disarm by car key remote? It does now work, but I have to set the fob on my desk instead of in my pocket and can't forget to grab the remote fob when leaving.

its good, but could be better, also its bulky, its works great for what it does, its cost to much.

Have had this for 9 months without issue. I give it four stars because the mile range is over estimated. I sometimes cannot start the vehicle from inside my work place building unless I stand next to the window.

I got the remote starter installed and its great. Does everything and more

this starter with the two way remote let's me know when the car is running which helps because I can't always see it, and at first there was a conflict with the seat warmers so knowing it did not start was very important.

Got this upgrade after 1 year of basic compustar kit. Provides a 2-way communication with the car that is really awesome with an added range. Giving it a 4 start just because it does not provide a mile worth of distance. I would say it can go may be something like half a mile but thats enough for me.

I wanted a LONG range starter and this thing really does that.

They installed it on my brand new car and it worked twice. After that my car wouldn't even start, I had to have it jumped. I had it removed and a different one installed (that is made in the USA) and haven't had any issues since. The only thing I thought was neat was the remote itself because it had a little car on and and the two times it worked it showed exhaust coming out of the car and that way you knew it did start. They said it was hard to install and they even told us after the fact that they had had isssues with this particular one.

So far so good.Great quality and very responsive. I bought it for my infiniti and couldn't be more happy.going to buy another for my other car.

Remote works great from a long distance away. I really like the temp feature to tell you the interior tempature of the car. Battery life seems to be good also.

This remote start is amazing!!! It does everything

I bought the starter for my husband's car last Winter and he loves it so far.... he can start the car even from a good distance. We were living on a third floor apartment and he could start the car from there with no problems. By the time he was ready to leave for work, the car was already warm.

Recently I purchased a Compustar Remote Starter from Best Buy store in Stroudsburg, Pa. It was installed by Carlos, the tech man in the store. It took about four hours to install. My vehicle is a Toyota with manual transmission, no one else would install the starter on a manual transmission vehicle, including Toyota dealers. I have been using the starter for about 10 days and had no problem whatsoever. It does take a few tries to get it right because of the manual transmission, vehicle must be in neutral and emergency brake must be on. It works great and I am very happy with the purchase. All this I owe to Carlos who was very professional and patient, this is not an easy install.
