This is the second/third over a month,Visio television in 2 weeks. The first I purchased had a spider web screen at plug in. The replacement we decided to go to a 65in. Everything about it was great, EXCEPT the home screen wasn't there. Best buy staff were amazing ama swapped it no problem. This third tv lasted a week, now it's needing hard reset daily. Good luck with your Visio.

This tv is phenomenal it’s my first 4K tv and the picture is absolutely amazing I would 100% buy again.
