I had Bestbuy deliver q second one and it arrived without damage. The deliver persons were great and the tv into my basement in the exact place I wanted.

The guys that helped me load the tv were excellent and made it worth the decision to pick up rather than have it delivered. Turns out the mount I picked far surpasses my ability to assemble so I plan to have Best Buy come help me with that too because I know they’ll do it right. Thanks people of Best Buy.

Excellent TV!

This TV is absolutely amazing compared to the Samsung! It has gorgeous graphics, super easy to use with gaming and movies and it’s the perfect size for the livingroom! We have had no problems at all with it and continue to enjoy it everyday!

Good picture

Ordering online was easy, we had it delivered to our door. Best Buy contacted us with delivery times and after delivery to make sure everything was satisfactory. Love the TV, my husband was very excited to receive it.

Only issue we’ve had is sometimes it will turn on/reset on its own. Not sure if it’s a malfunction, but it’s only done it a couple of times. Otherwise, great tv.

I had to call Vizio 2 times and their customer service is great. I may end up canceling my cable because you get so many channels and movies with this, it is great.
