Feel like im in a theater!

We were reluctant at first because of the size of our family room, but glad we decided to go big or go home. Setup was a breeze, picture quality is superb, sound is okay. We are able to enjoy the screen from every angle of the room and the smart features are an extreme convenience.

The picture quality on the TV is excellent, but even better than that are the built-in AirPlay and Chromecast technologies. If you're in the market for a TV, this would be a fantastic buy for your space.

But the volume sucks! Also, if your into connecting your sound bar or any other device to your TV.. just forget about this one and purchase another one because this doesn’t come with Bluetooth connection. I’m not sure if it’s a malfunction with the Tv or if it’s just the way that it is. But when I try to use my fire stick, the tv won’t start back up the next day unless I unplug it and this is EVERY TIME. It will come on with an icon and stay on that screen until I unplug the whole tv. So I don’t even bother to use my fire stick on it anymore. I have a warranty but I’m not sure of my options and will try to contact someone soon!

Had some sound issues with the Netflix app at first but called Best Buy and they helped me resolve the issue. Love the built-in apps that came with it and easy to use. Good picture. Remote is pretty basic, but overall decent purchase.

It was quick and easy set up and was able to use a LAN cable connection for internet and have had no problems using all the "smart" features
