I find the TV not able to provide clear picture, seems blurred during motion scenes like birds in flight, football action initial motion but once scene catches up picture is clear again

I had a problem with the first TV ,i called and they took care of it and brought me a replacement, no questions asked!!...very pleased with the outcome.

This was the single most disappointing purchase from a tv I had high hopes for. The picture was incredibly blurry and dark. I made multiple adjustments to try and correct the picture but it looked more like that of a $200 knockoff than a nearly $2000 Samsung. I returned it for a Sony Bravia XR8B and was shocked how much better and more clear the picture was!

Great TV, Terrible Customer Service Experience

Unfortunately, the poor customer service I’ve received has completely overshadowed what is otherwise an excellent TV. I purchased the TV using a promotional discount I earned elsewhere, which is the only reason I paid less than the current website price. Just two days after my purchase, I saw the price drop significantly, yet despite being well within Best Buy’s price match window, I continue to be denied a refund with explanations like "I paid less" or "the system won’t let me."
I’m not trying to cheat the system—if I hadn’t seen the price drop so significantly, I wouldn’t have an issue. But it did drop within two days of my purchase, and no one has had the courtesy to refund me the difference I earned through my own personal effort. Several representatives told me I qualified for the refund, only for my request to be declined afterward. I’ve now spoken with over seven representatives, yet nothing has been resolved.
Now my return window is expiring, and it feels like no one cares. I feel cheated and overcharged. As a longtime Best Buy customer, I expected accountability and a fair resolution—not confusion, inconsistency, and unhelpful support.
