This fan does just the trick for my office & on my nightstand at night. It keeps just the right amount of air circulating in the room. I'd recommend anyone in need of a light or heavy breeze to check this item out.

I needed a small fan for my desk at work and purchased this Insignia. Overall, I couldn't be happier. Even though it's only 9", it's powerful yet runs very quiet. I would absolutely recommend this fan to a friend.

although it's a bit loud, it is great for sleeping if you like "white noise" in your room to help you ignore other outside noises. got a great price on deal for a day. bought 2. another great deal at best buy

This little fan which costs all of $14 is well worth the money. It works as well as others priced $5-15 more. If buy again.

This fan is pretty compact and moves a good deal of air. However the one thing I don't like is just how loud it is, probably the loudest compact fan I've seen.

This fan works perfectly. I took it on a mission trip to Grenada, because they do not have air conditioning there. The families there loved it so much I left it with them.

The cobalt blue is lovely and it makes a nice even humming sound for sleeping. Another reviewer mentioned it was good for travel, but it's too big to pack in luggage for a flight.

fan does its job for the price. I just think that speed 1 was too strong. They should have added another speed for lower speed on the fan.
