Fan works fine but is a little noisy, even on the slow speed.

I need a fan to sleep so instead of a big box fan I bought this so it can sit next to me while I sleep and will not disturb my roommate.

Whirl, that's all there is too it. I use a fan to fall asleep to, and these work just fine. So many of the newer ones are going for quiet, versus functionality, but this hits the mark.

Small enough for a small work space, light , quite. gets the job done for what I purchased for.

I bought two of these at the time because of a Daily Deal price that seemed good even if it turned out to be a lemon, especially with no shipping costs. I bought one especially for my son whose room gets warm from facing the sun all day and because it is too small a space to really consider a ceiling/light fan solution. He has liked it a lot thus far, runs it all the time and at night as a white noise, sleeping aid. When I've been in his room, I feel it pushes air around quite well and makes it much more comfortable than it was last summer without it. Overall, pleased with purchase. I feel the airflow is good and that it is a sturdy enough unit given it is as thin and short as it is. It features 2 speeds but I do feel it is a bit loud even on its lowest setting (for example, I can hear it in the next room down the hallway). I'll admit though and my wife would agree, I'm an audiophile and have an "over-sensitive" ear. So, I wish it had a 3rd speed option where it would run much quieter albeit slower. If comfort over noise level is the purchasing factor, I'd certainly recommend this to another. It is a very snazzy blue!! ;-)

Bought it to use in Kitchen while cooking instead of moving around the fans from living rooms. Works fine and cools of the room.

I use this fan everyday in my home office. I absolutely love the fact that I can adjust the settings. For the cost, this fan was one of the best purchases I've made at Best Buy.

I bought this fan because the AC in my office is temperamental. Set it on my desk and no more personal summers for me.

was great price midsummer, pushes out a good amount of air but not that quiet

I can't aim it directly where I need it so it doesn't do everything I hoped it would. Yes, it still cools the space but I've had to get quite inventive to get it exactly where I wanted it. Simply being able to tilt it up or down a little would be a huge improvement and worth the few extra dollars it would cost to change it.

For a small fan, this thing moves a lot of air. Made of lightweight plastic.

This is a practical and compact articule easy to use. I highly recommend it.

The fan is not as quiet as expected. I should have guessed that it was cheap for a reason. I have larger fans that are much more quiet. I would have difficulty sleeping with it on all night. If you are going to use it in a dorm room, you should first make sure that the noise will not bother your roommate.

It's a small pedestal fan. it works. what do you want? Just don't pay to much for it and you should be fine.

This table fan couldn't have been more perfect for my office desk. The selection of fun colors is a bonus and deal of the day price was the cherry on top!
