Two speeds - I wish there was a slower speed as well, because it is still rather loud even on the lowest setting. You get what you pay for - an average fan (I paid six bucks). No oscillation (obviously). Moves a descent amount of air.

Best budget fan

It has a solid base that rests firmly on a surface, avoiding the additional vibrating sounds too many fans make. It generates white noise, which is part of why I need to have a fan around (I live off a busy street and it helps me sleep). And it pushes air around very well, cooling or drying as needed.

Ok fan, a little flimsy
